Clarkson Construction Company has entered into a contract with developer and North ÄϹ¬NGÓéÀÖ City to develop site infrastructure at the site of the old North ÄϹ¬NGÓéÀÖ City Flour Mill. The development, located at the southeast corner of I-29 and Armour Rd, has already announced future tenants including and Clarkson will perform site grading, utility infrastructure installation and construct Mill Street which will connect the development from 16th Street to Armour Road.
The development is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2018. Check back here regularly for updated pictures as the site develops.
